Terms of Service.

Prompting Logic offers four engagements:

1. Free Quick Audit. A complimentary 24-hour AI visibility snapshot, delivered by email. No payment required.
2. Full Audit & Fix Pack. A one-time $799 engagement delivering a 10-section AI Search Visibility report plus implementation-ready mockups for every Critical and High issue identified, delivered within 48 hours.
3. Monthly AI Search Optimization. A recurring $299 per month retainer providing two AI-optimized blog posts, technical maintenance, citation building, and a monthly visibility report.
4. Foundation Bundle. The Full Audit & Fix Pack plus an immediate start of the Monthly subscription, billed as one onboarding charge of $1,098 followed by $299 per month recurring.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. We accept payments via credit card and ACH bank transfer through Stripe. Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically on the same calendar day each month.

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Full Audit & Fix Pack ($799 one-time). This is a fixed-fee professional services engagement. Once we have begun delivery, the fee is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel before delivery has begun, contact us within twenty-four hours of purchase for a full refund.

Monthly AI Search Optimization ($299 per month). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

Foundation Bundle. The $799 setup portion follows the Full Audit refund terms above. The recurring $299 per month portion follows the Monthly cancellation terms.

Once payment for an engagement has been received in full, all deliverables produced specifically for you (audit reports, schema implementations, content drafts, mockups, written recommendations) become your property. You retain full ownership and may use them as you see fit.

We retain ownership of our underlying methodology, prompts, internal tooling, templates, and any general know-how applied to your engagement. We may use anonymized, aggregated insights from client work to improve our services, but we will not disclose your business name, results, or proprietary information without your written consent.

You agree to provide accurate information when filling out forms and during onboarding, to grant the access we request to deliver the services (such as Google Search Console, your CMS, or your Google Business Profile, where applicable), and to use the deliverables only for your own business.

Search engine rankings, AI engine citations, and visibility outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity, content quality on third-party sites, and your own implementation of our recommendations. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation rate, traffic level, or revenue outcome. Our work product reflects current best practices in Generative Engine Optimization as we understand them at the time of delivery.

You agree not to use our services or website to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the security of our systems
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person

We reserve the right to terminate any engagement, with or without refund, if we believe you have violated these acceptable use rules or are acting in bad faith.

Our services and the information on this website are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any deliverable, recommendation, or content provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompting Logic and Ryan Ordonez are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version became effective. If we make material changes, we will notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
