This Privacy Policy describes how Prompting Logic ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit promptinglogic.com or interact with our services. Prompting Logic is operated by Ryan Ordonez from Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you fill out our contact form, request an audit, or otherwise reach out, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, business name, website, industry, location, phone (optional), the service you are interested in, your timeline, and any context you include in the message field.
Information collected automatically. When you visit promptinglogic.com, our hosting provider and analytics tool collect basic technical information about your visit: pages viewed, the page that referred you to us, your approximate location (country and region, derived from IP address), the type of device and browser you are using, and timestamps. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not track you across sites.
How we use this information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you request
- Send you transactional emails (audit deliverables, payment receipts, scheduling confirmations)
- Improve our services, content, and website performance
- Comply with legal obligations
Third parties we share information with
We use a small set of trusted service providers to operate our business. These providers process your information only on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to deliver their service:
- Vercel (hosting and analytics): website hosting, page-view analytics, performance monitoring
- Resend (email delivery): outbound transactional email from contact form submissions and audit deliveries
- Stripe (payments): processing one-time and recurring payments. Stripe collects payment information directly. We never see or store your full card number.
- Calendly (scheduling): collecting available times and booking discovery calls
- Google Workspace (email and documents): storing and replying to email correspondence with prospects and clients
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep your information
We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as you remain an active prospect or client, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal compliance. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing ryan@promptinglogic.com.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set advertising or marketing cookies. The only client-side storage we use is what is necessary for the site to function. Our analytics provider (Vercel Analytics) is cookieless by design.

If you are a resident of California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data-protection laws, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccuracies in that information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email ryan@promptinglogic.com. We will respond within thirty days.
